Tramfloc®
1101: 10% silicone water-based defoamer with excellent foam
control for use in aeration ponds, flumes and outfall. Good
dilution stability.
Tramfloc® 1102: Economical 100% active organo silicone defoamer.
Can be used to control foam and air entrapment in cold or
hot applications. Effective in aeration ponds, flumes, outfalls
and evaporators.
Tramfloc® 1103: Silicone cloud point defoamer for boiler
chemicals and cooling towers.
Tramfloc® 1104: Antifoam/defoamer using both silicone and
organic defoamer technology to provide excellent synergistic
antifoam performance. Effective in aeration ponds, flumes
and outfalls.
Tramfloc® 1105: Semi-synthetic 100% active defoamer. Exhibits
excellent flash knockdown with good persistence in flumes,
outfalls and aeration ponds.
Tramfloc® 1106: Effective synthetic defoamer for waste treatment.
Contains no mineral oils. Designed for use in digesters
and aeration ponds.
Tramfloc® 1107: Synthetic defoamer. Very effective in digesters,
equalization tanks and aeration ponds.
Tramfloc® 1108: Effective effluent defoamer. Effective in
outfalls, flumes and equalization tanks. Contains no liquid
hydrocarbons that cause oily sheen on river outfall.
Tramfloc® 1109: Highly efficient water-based defoamer. Contains
no petroleum hydrocarbons that might cause oily sheen on
river outfall.
Tramfloc® 1110: Highly efficient antifoam emulsion that
provides maximum foam control. Very cost effective in effluent
systems with high surfactant loading. Recommended for equalization
basins, aeration ponds and digesters. Also recommended for
boiler treatment and boiler additives.
Tramfloc® 1111: Excellent general-purpose defoamer to control
foam in textile, paper and municipal effluent systems. Effective
in aeration ponds, flumes and outfalls.
Tramfloc® 1112: Blend of reacted hydrophobic technology
that incorporates ethoxylated and propoxylated alcohols
with nonionic surfactants. Provides concentrate stability
and very good letdown and application foam control. Recommended
for semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking compounds
as well as alkaline cleaners.
Tramfloc® 1113: Aqueous dispersion of reacted homopolymer,
copolymer and nonionic surfactant technology that results
in a defoamer/antifoam that is useful in soluble oils, semi-synthetic,
synthetics and vegetable oil-based metalworking compounds.
Effective in alkaline cleaners and may be diluted with water
to make a tank-side additive defoamer.
Tramfloc® 1114: Alkoxylated copolymer compounded with a
unique hydrophobe to provide excellent surface tension modification
to eradicate foam. Highly compatible in semi-synthetic and
synthetic metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1115: Alkoxylated copolymer compounded with a
unique hydrophobe that offers maximum foam control for semi-synthetic
and synthetic metalworking fluids. Displays a high level
of concentrate stability.
Tramfloc® 1116: Aqueous dispersion of alkoxylated hydrophobes
and nonionic surfactants producing a defoamer/antifoam system
that offers maximum compatibility in most metalworking systems.
Tramfloc® 1117: New generation of blended ultrafine particles
in an alkoxylated hydrophobe base to provide maximum foam
control and compatibility in synthetic metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1118: Aqueous dispersion of reacted homopolymer,
copolymer and nonionic surfactant technology that results
in a defoamer/antifoam useful in semi-synthetic and synthetic
metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1142: Blend of nonionic surfactants and ethoxylated
alcohols that produces a reacted hydrophobe technology offering
excellent foam control and concentrate stability.
Tramfloc® 1144: General-purpose defoamer that is effective
and stable in electrolytic and alkaline solutions. May be
used as a tank-side additive to control foam.
Tramfloc® 1145: Economical defoamer formed from microfine
particles for tankside, soluble oils and alkaline cleaners.
Tramfloc® 1104A: Highly efficient defoamer/antifoam that
works well in metalworking concentrates, but also as a tank-side
additive for foam control. Very efficient and stable in
cleaners with extreme pH (2-14).
Tramfloc® 1105A: Efficient defoamer for use in formulated
cleaners. Stable and effective in electrolytic solutions
as well as pH sensitive systems.
Tramfloc® 1106A: Effective low solids defoamer/antifoam
that works well in metalworking concentrates and as a tank-side
additive for foam control.
